ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II
Church of the Presentation is seeking a full-time, experienced Administrative Assistant.
This position provides a variety of administrative functions and support related to office operations, organization and communication. We are looking for an individual who is efficient, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite and other administrative programs. This is not an entry level position.
DATA ENTRY ASSISTANT
Church of the Presentation is seeking a part-time, experienced Data Entry Assistant.
This position is responsible for the operation of the parish database and provides staffing assistance for the front office. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, including typing speed and accuracy, attention to detail, and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. Previous experience as a data entry clerk or similar position will be considered an advantage. Bilingual Spanish, a plus.
