DATA ENTRY ASSISTANT
Church of the Presentation is seeking a part-time, experienced Data Entry Assistant.
This position is responsible for the operation of the parish database and provides staffing assistance for the front office. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, including typing speed and accuracy, attention to detail, and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. Previous experience as a data entry clerk or similar position will be considered an advantage. Bilingual Spanish, a plus.

Church of the Presentation is seeking a part time, experienced Accounting Assistant.
This position provides a variety of functions and support related to financial operations. We are looking for an individual who is efficient, detail-oriented and a good problem solver. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, organized, and proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word as well as any type of accounting software program. This is not an entry level position. The position is projected as 15 hours per week. Depending on the need of the parish, additional hours/days and responsibilities may be required.
